Kenny Chesney played a rockin’ show Saturday night at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fans tailgated in the parking lot and on the river before the show, and Chesney even came out onto one of the boats docked on the Ohio River and played a couple songs (read about it here).
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has a review of the show: “Kenny Chesney roars at Heinz Field”
Kenny Chesney opted for a grand entrance out of a tent in the middle of Heinz Field. The country superstar floated over the crowd suspended in a chair — much to the delight of the crowd. The perfect, summer-like weather was punctuated by a nearly full moon, while the echoes of carefree living rang out from the stage in a power set of top hits that included “Summertime,” “Beer In Mexico” and “Keg in the Closet.”

Those who attended the Kenny Chesney show at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night were treated to a special show. Julia Currier attended the concert and reports that Kenny played his normal set of 20 songs but then instead of singing the final encore came back out and played 16 more songs!
