The new album from Kenny Chesney, Hemingway’s Whiskey, should have no problem topping the Billboard 200 albums chart this week according to Hits Daily Double:
Fueled by single “Boys of Fall,” the new Chesney album looks on pace for about 180-200,000 first week sales. That figure is according to the Hits Daily Double forecast, which is based on first-day sales extensions. No other new release will even contend with that tally.
Also debuting will be Lil’ Wayne’s digital release “I Am Not a Human Being,” which looks good for just under 100,000 units. Weezy’s release will top Gucci Mane’s “The Appeal” (60-65,000), Eric Clapton’s “Clapton” (45-50,000) and Jimmy Eat World’s “Invented” (40-45,000).
