Kenny Chesney will be on the “Mike And Mike In The Morning” show on ESPN Radio Thursday morning.

“Anyone who knows me knows I love sports – whether it’s playing, watching or talking about ‘em,” laughs the man who’s suited up for the draft for the New Orleans Saints and taken batting practice with the Boston Red Sox. “So when their producer realized we were opening our tour up here, they called and asked if I wanted to come by… and, you know, what sports fan wouldn’t want to be on there?’

Fast-paced, all over the place and ready to take on sports at all facets, the four hour “Mike and Mike” airs live from the studios where “Sunday NFL Countdown” and “Baseball Tonight” are broadcat in high-definition. Featuring “regular guy” Mike Greenberg and former NFL and Notre Dame linebacker Mike Golik, the show is every sports fan’s ultimate morning show.

“It turns out both guys are big fans of our music,” says Chesney. “Mike Golic even came out to our final rehearsal today… He’s a great guy, and I’m really looking forward to this. I’d say almost as much as being onstage, but everyone knows I’d be lying if I said that! It’s been six months since we’ve shut it down in Indianapolis – and me and the guys are ready to tear it up.”

According to Mike & Mike’s website, Kenny will be on around 9:42 am ET. The show runs from 6 am – 10 am ET.
