A new Girlfriend for Chesney?

The always-reliable tabloids are reporting that Kenny Chesney has a new girlfriend: Miss West Virgina 2008, Skylene Montgomery.

They are reporting that Skylene met Kenny Chesney at his concert in Charleston, West Virginia and the two have been dating ever since. She is also reportedly on tour with him.

Montgomery was born December 6th, 1984 and hails from Parkersburg, WV. As Miss West Virginia, she has worked to promote her platform of reducing child obesity. Montgomery has a B.A. in exersise pysiology from Marshall University.
